How much does chainring stiffness matter with Di2?

I am looking at some 46/30 cranksets, but once you get to that gearing range the rings look pretty skinny (a lot less material) compared to normal ones and they are are direct mount so less support without a proper spider. I can't imagine the SL-K modular in the first pic as stiff as the the normal SL-K below. But does it matter with a Di2 front derailleur?

With less material shifting will be slower. Shimano FD expects more ramps, like this:

Shimano’s hollow chainrings arrived at the same time as DI2 did - DI2 exerts a lot of force when it shifts chainrings and the more stout chainrings are needed to better handle the force of the DI2 FD.
