What's a good, lightweight 56 chainring for Shimano? I'm currently
running a Salsa that feels like a bit of a clunker.
How are the Shimano Tri one && the Stronglight?

thanks in advance,

Jens

Unfortunately not. I'm going for a 56-44 or 56-42.
I assume ramped and pinned chainrings are necessary,
or at least worthwhile for that.
