I've red22 hrd mech shifters and red22 pm calipers.. No hoses at all.

two pieces, it would be enough to complete brakes installation, or I need something else?

Additionally you will need, DOT 5.1 fluid, DOT compatible grease, cable cutters, avid bleed kit and a set of stealth-a-majig barbs.

If you have internally routed frameset, a box of valium would be helpful

Ok, how about 2 banjos on both sides??/

The hoses come with the banjos installed. You cut the other end to measure and install barb as per directions.
