Litespeed C Series Seatpost replacement

I have a 2012 Litespeed Archon C1. It has a teardrop shaped seatpost with the absolute worst saddle retention hardware I've ever used. I'm interested in replacing it, but cannot confirm any replacement seatpost's compatibility with the bike. The original factory seatpost is approximately (very approximately) 45mm by 26mm. Anyone ever replaced one of these with another seatpost? Is there any kind of standard? In the alternative, could I just replace the hardware? Thank you for your help.

i had one years ago. didn't it come with an ISP? with seat topper?

I had a 2010 Archon C3 that had the topper, in either 2011 or 2012 they switched to a seatpost. I think the saddle mounting hardware was the same on both.
