Tune hub

Hi,I've just bought a second hand Tune Mig front hub,is it right that the flanges spin independantly of each other?Can't remember having any other hub like this.

Try tightening the bolts at both ends. This should take play of of the bearings. Maybe this tightens the flanges too

My Tune front hub does the same. Just had it at Tune for servicing - seems to be no problem.
