What is this hole?
Need some help and I figure someone here has the answer. Please help me, please.
What is this? What do I do with it? What is the plastic widget with the zip tie on it?
The middle hole - not the braze-ons.
Thanks!

Serious answer: Di2 charge port.
Thanks!
So I leave it alone and if I ever run Di2 I will need that little plastic widget and the ziptie in there?

Of course! First road bike in 12 years and I cannot finish the build and test ride tonight until I know how to proceed. Everything else is ready to go for the first ride in the morning.
Panic all around!

Yep, this is correct. First time I've seen it done but an interesting solution.
