Deda RHM vs Shallow for Campagnolo

Never used Campagnolo but considering it for my next bike.
I have a question.....isn't the 'thumb' button on the upper part of the shifter? how can you move your thumb up and over it while you/palms are on the drops??

Without thinking about it, you just move your thumb up and over it :)


On the old Sora 3400 levers, the thumb shifter is much further away, almost on the top of the hoods. And I was still able to reach it from the drops. Although people with shorter hands may have had problems with that. But the thumb shifter on Campagnolo levers is closer.

No issues reaching the thumb shifter from the drops with my 3T Ergonova bars.
