Just one for interest, and curious of experience of others.

I have finally had to change my SR cassette as the middle 17-19-21 spider has started slipping.

6,500 miles (10,400 km), 59kg, 210W FTP.

It only slipped standing up, and the very unpleasant noise/feeling was echoed by the equally loud sound of my testicles disappearing into my body cavity...

Seriously, seemed pretty reasonable wear.

Might use the 23-26-29 Ti spider with some Chorus middle bits, as it's seen limited use.
