Painters on the east coast USA

I am pondering having a frame painted and was wondering if there is somebody on the east coast that is good. I thought Parlee did some custom work, but looked at their site and could not find anything. I really like the Belgium scheme in the Ritte frames and am hoping to have the same done on a Emonda.
