Lightweight Standard III Clincher- Tire width???

I just got lightly used set of LW stardard iii clinchers. I tried looking for the manual but read some where the max was 23c? But saw in other places Carbonsports ok'd 25c. I have a set of new Vitoria Open Pro Pave G pluses I've been using with other wheelsets with great results (shamals and fulcrum zeros). I know the max psi is 116. I weight 83kg if that makes a difference. I'm waiting for my lightweight Swiss pro brake pads to come (RA cycles had them in stock for campagnolo) before I try them out this week. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
