It's described as
A. for disc brake frames
B. "optimized" for 142 dropouts

I wonder what about 135... to go regular Chorus or HO ... Any ideas ?

Go regular unless you are after running a 32 in the rear.

All Campag rear derailleurs for the 2018 season are the 'HO' models, including those for mechanical groups.

I see this different way ; from 2018 there's NEW series of RD called "HO" optimized for disc braked frames. "2015" or "non HO" RD's didn't disappeared from offer...

it doesn't answer my question , isn't it ?

Well, in the official 2018 price list there are only RD18 (HO) derailleurs listed so they don't seem to complement the current (RD15) ones, but rather replace them.

that would mean ALL derailleurs are now for disc brakes frames only ? / "optimized for 142 rear spacing" /

They can be used with rim brake setups as well.

Two things:

1. 142mm is just 135mm dropout spacing with 3.5mm alignment pockets for the axle ends.
2. I am using a 2016 Chorus RD with a 142mm spaced frame and no issues. I think you'll be fine whichever way you go.

HO refers to the changes made to the jockey wheels that helps IF you are using discs and consequently wider spacing. It has no detrimental effect on a regular 130mm spaced set up using calliper brakes. 2015 mechs are no longer available from Campagnolo. All mechs for 2018 are HO.
