Finally: I tuned my seatpost from 162 to 113grams.

Great job, I wanted to know what the beams from AX-Lightness cost? And what about water going in the frame? Is the seatpost still closed because otherwise you will have problems in no time with the BB. I had a friend who had this problem.

I'm very glad you guys like it ! thanks for the nice words
Hi Gold Knight,
I know the SLS, but i didn't want to wait, and i'm very pleased with the alu beams. If i have the money, i may buy a SLS in some months, but right now i don't think that's necessary.
Thanks for the advice though
Hi,
IIRC AX-Lightness charged me 18 Euro for the beams. The seatpost is still closed - you can see it on one of the pictures
:edit: ok, you can't see it
Gold Knight wrote:Felix--great job. Did you know that AX will be selling the seatpost beams in CARBON in a few months (and they will come on their new SLS AX seatpost models as well)--thus you can even save 18g MORE!!!!!
Maybe you can share this w/Easton??

Rest assured, the exif-files don't tell your brother's name, or your brother's dog's name. But they do tell about your night hobbies Stop it immediately, it'll make hair grow on your palm side and you'll be blind soon
DOF means depth of field - and yes, the buttons on the camera are not just for show
Oh! - Suits you sir!

you can get a wider Depth Of Fiew by setting the camera on the A position and selecting the highest F number your lense will allow, f.i F8.0. (this way the camera will select the appropriate shutter speed itself)
If you take your picture of the saddle, this setting will make both the front of the saddle and the rear of the saddle look sharp, in stead of the fuzzy look of the front of the saddle you have now.
A higher F number means there will get less light in the lens as well so the shutterspeed will get longer and you might have to use a tripod for this if you have one.
Sorry for the OT, I like photography as well
