Hello,

I have noticed that yet-to-be-released R9100-P chainset with power will be available in 2 options: with and without the chainrings. If you get the latter, you will be able to put any chainring offered by Shimano DA (doesn't matter if it's 50 or 55) because they all have the same BCD.

Now, is it possible to swap the chainrings on the regular R9100 chainset (without power) too?

Marcin

//EDIT: I saw GCN's video of Chris Froome's Pinarello Bolide bike and he's using the Osymetric chainrings on the R9100 Dura Ace chainset base. Not sure if it works on regular chainsets, though - he has the dual sided Stages option so it might've been modified.

//EDIT2: I asked the Wiggle support about this and they confirmed you can indeed swap the chainrings as long as they support the Shimano 4 arm system. If you want to use the Dura Ace chainrings,
you have to make sure the inner and outer rings are compatible (you can check this using the type designation, more information can be found here)
