Has anybody ridden the new R5's or R3's? I'm specifically interested in the R3 and am curious about how it rides. It's pretty laid back geometry but am wondering if it's still pretty racey?

For those unaware.

Not really laid back- just a middle of the road geometry bike.
Glad they are thinking about bigger tires though.
Every bike should fit a fat 28mm-

I guess you are right. I was thinking more endurance because it has the exact same stack as a Defy. A little bit longer reach on the Cervelo though. $5k for the R3 with Dura Ace but pretty heavy/budget wheels.

Did the R5 frame get a price drop for 2018?

Just spotted it at £2600

Disc version pricier at £3400

Premium frames usually retail around £3500ish in the UK

Older R5 for example
