I've just had one of these built up and am looking for something to fill the holes around the bottom bracket where the cable guides no longer are..the retailer tells me Cannondale don't offer anything that does this!

Has anybody bought a complete SuperSix with Di2? What does that come with?

Picture attached of the area I'm talking about.

Any help greatly appreciated.Image

Put some 3M car paint protecion tape (or helicopter tape) on it. Just leave the drain hole, otherwise, you BB will be drawning!

My 2017 Evo Hi-Mod Di2 Disc has some rubber plugs, where the mechanical cable guides used to be. And I've seen them on the Sram eTap rim brake model as well. Don't know if these are available seperately.

My SuperSix Himod came with the holes open and I have left them that way. No problems yet after 9 months. I think that they act as drain holes for any water that gets into the BB via the seat tube or whatever. I had one bike that had a sealed BB shell and ended up with about 1/4" of water inside of it after riding in the rain and water getting in from somewhere. So, I added a drain hole and the problem went away. All the bearings are sealed on the inside as well as the outside.

I'm currently converting a 2017 SuperSix from mechanical to 12sp Di2 for a customer of mine.

I've purchased the specific Di2 rear hanger and that looks good for the rear derailleur.

I also purchased the Di2 grommet kit from Cannondale spares in the UK but am a little underwhelmed by what was included. There are no grommets/bungs for the cable guides on the underside of the downtube or the longer slot under the BB when the front mech cable guide is removed :(

Is helicopter tape still the best soloution to cover the open frame holes?
