Basso Diamante vs Diamante SV

Any big different between the 2 models? looking for a new aero frame which is as forgiving and comfortable as my current Look 595, Is there any aero frame out there that have such quality?

My Canyon Aeroad is pretty comfortable, quite like how it rides. I know that the new Trek Madone is also regarded as an awesome do it all bike.

Top Basso frames are handmade in Italy. Personally I doubt the aero performance of SV would be at the top, I would take the regular Diamante anytime. Such a sexy frame!
