small bikes for alpine descents

I'm looking for feedback on downhill performance of some bikes. I've had quite a few bikes over the years and some climbed really, really well but felt horrible going downhill, others were just blah all the way around. Right now, i ride a 2015 sworks tarmac and really like how it climbs and how it handles on the descents. It really is a fantastic bike but am looking for an alternative to take on an overseas mountain trip.

So, how would you rate these bikes on how they handle long alpine descents?

Because the geometry and handling characteristics vary so much across sizes, if you have first-hand feedback on any of these bikes with these sizes that would be great.
