I ride longer distance, don't race and don't ride out of the saddle much so stiffness (which a lot of bars seem to prioritize) isn't as much a priority as comfort. What bars offer a comfortable and complaint ride without being noodly?

Thanks.

The first 3 things that come to my mind:
-26mm Carbon bars
-aero (flat horizontal section) light bars.
-install those mass-dampers on the bar end that neutralise vibrations.

You can check out the Bontrager isocore/isozone bars with dampening pads included.

Im very satisfied from Easton EC90 SLX3 Handlebar.

Compliant, very comfrotable and stiff in same time (actually much stiffer then Zipp Service Course SL-80 that i had before).

I had few long rides (last one 207km), and on very bad roads, so i realized how good is it on this kind of rides..

After doing a lot of reading it seems Easton, Ritchey and Enve may provide the most compliance and damping while retaining stiffness. I don't suppose anyone has any comparison between these three brands? Agree that a slightly flattened top really helps for long rides.

This thread is making me feel better about my yesterday's impulse purchase. Easton EC90 SLX3 for 103.49€ from Chainreactioncycles.
