Starting from the end : I exclude EVERY other sound. And still have "clicking" coming from seat tube area.

to avoid misunderstanding : it's NOT coming from BB ( out of saddle is silence ), it's not saddle ( switched 3 ) not saddle clamp ( lubricated ) not seatpost clamp ( changed 3 ) . Left seatpost. To be more precise its length : thing is 400mm long, 260mm seats in seat tube.

Cutting seatpost voids warranty, so I have to be quiet sure before shortening the thing( proprietary ) ...

But , IS IT POSSIBLE AT ALL that "to long" seatpost is "clicking" , or rather knocking inside seat tube ? I happens ONLY in certain situation : in saddle, cadence 90ish, avg power ( not light spin, neither hammering ).

Did it happened to anyone ?

Do you have a spare seatpost/saddle from another bike you can just swap in place?

If used, try another friction compound (if carbon post). Eg effeto mariposa carbogrip or motorex carbon assembly paste.

Have you checked/changed the front and rear skewers?

I tried already 3 different carbon assmbly compunds ( Pinarello, Ritchey, Tacx )... and without any compound as well.

temporary no access to same dia post :(
skewers are DT RWS-> no chance for any sound from there

That's a good idea. My mystery noises in the past have usually come from skewers and saddle/seatpost.

it's bad idea. if I raise butt just 1mm above saddle noise is gone. it's coming from the line butt-seat tube.

I've had noise that went away when I got out of the saddle. A very thorough cleaning of both front and rear wheel skewers solved the problem.

Then either try a different seatpost or get out the hacksaw.

hacksaw voids warranty for 3k€ frame, so it's kind of "last resort" solution. Have to arrange short post... Had while ago long posts seating in, but never such issue ...

I thought you meant that the hacksaw voids the warranty on the seatpost. How doesn't it void the warranty on the frame? Some kind of integrated setup?

Just continue riding. If it's a bearing it will get worse and the location will sooner or later reveal itself. Lesson learned....
