Hi
Just received a new THM clavicula se crank, the crank arm was installed when i received it and i cannot get it off the spindle, i've removed the pinch bolt and adjustment bolt but it's not moving at all, am i missing something or doing something wrong?

spray some degreaser into the contact points and lightly tap the crankarm away from the spindle.

It's a bit of a PITA to get off the spindle I've found. Keep at it, you'll get it off the spindle eventually. Give it a jiggle, also you can probably treat it a bit rougher than you think!

Rubber mallet is your friend. The cranks are not as fragile as they seem -- they can take some pounding of a rubber mallet. Wrap the mallet with a towel for extra protection against scratches
