Need the carbon headset spacer for the NK1K can this be purchased has anyone ever purchased one or even got one for sale

Why don't you contact a dealer? There are two versions. One is 16mm (high) the lower version i have no clue of how low it is.

Does it have to be Cippolini? Would FSA or similar not work?

I think he talks about the carbon piece below the headset cover.
