Larger pulleys longer chain?

I have a 10 speed mechanical Campy Super Record rear derailleur with standard size pulleys. If I give the larger pulleys, Digirit, (11-16) a try, will I need to add a couple links?

New chain is recommended... Adding links on is not advised...

i'd guess the longer cage needed with a 16T bottom jockey have a noticeable effect too.
