By reading the responses below disregard mine. I run an older Supersix and its regular BB30
Campagnolo sells an adapter for this, press in BB30 for Ultra Torque cranks. Press it in and install crank as normal.

Anything for a bb30 may not work. As you say bb30a requires a slightly longer axle than bb30. I'm sure campag could be made to fit, you just need the correct adapter.
I use a shimano crank with my caad 12 and found an adapter by fsa to do the job, wheels manufacturing also made adapters. They may make the for campagnolo.

This is incorrect. BB30 is not the same as BB30A. See this thread - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=145263
There are very few campag options, for example this on ebay - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ceramic-BB-Bo ... Sw44BYSgJw

Praxxis make a really good convertor.
I use one to run Chrous on a SuperSix Evo and it's flawless.

As above, this is also incorrect. BB30 is not the same as BB30A. This solution will not work for a CAAD12

I toyed with the idea of different cranks at first too. Just stick with the hollowgram, its light and looks sweet.
Also, if you go here https://cannondale.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and select one of the questions, you can scroll down to have more questions? and submit a request. They should answer pretty quickly that way.

During the winter I built my caad12 with Campy chorus & Fulcrum Ultra Torque crankset. I used the Wishbone bottom bracket and can recommend the product. The only issue is that (at least here in EU) the bb is not available in any shop, so I had to order it via ebay.

The other option would be the bbinfinite bottom bracket.

Thanks, is the wishbone bottom bracket easy to install?
Any tool required for installation ?

The Wishbone bb consists of two halves, which are screwed together. So the installation is very easy. I just lightly greased the outer surface of the bb parts and the inner surface of the bb and then screwed the parts together by hand. Then I tightened them with the tools that were delivered with the bb. I suppose those are just standard bb tools, so you can perhaps use your existing ones.
Edit: you can see the tools here.
