Interested in switching frames from a Avanti Corsa Dr to a lighter frameset such as a Cannondale supersix evo that has caught my eye. Keeping all components and wheelset.

Aside from needing a new bb and a seat post everything will swap over nicely. As for if you should swap, that depends on what you want.

I have considered the extra things I'd need to swap and I plan to build it up myself and the supersix has the ease of the external cables for the derailluers. I currently compete in triathlon and wish to do alot more cycling, prompting my interest in a lighter more practical frameset for climbing etc.

Typically it's a pretty expensive way to drop weight unless you also want to change geometries, upgrade to more aero, or get the frameset second hand.
That said, it's really tough to get truly weight weenie without a super light frameset.
