Something that will fit in there to try and turn it from the inside. Will need to be super thin, but stiff and grippy. Had a look around, too many options, not sure what to go for :hmm:

Search for spiral screw extractor set. That's the correct tool for the job.

^this, though i think the screws are titanium which makes it harder to work on them if you need a hole for the extractor, but maybe one will grip in the rounded socket

also, try using a torx/similar bit

which screw is rounded? the upper is reverse threaded, for that you might be able to screw a standard threaded bolt into the head to remove it
