Hi

I've looked on the forum and it looks like you can run a campagnolo 10 speed cassette with 11 speed chain?

I'm currently using a super record rs front deraiĺleur and I am getting slight rub issues with a 10 speed chain due to the narrower cage. I'm certain the narrower chain will stop this. The front derailluer is set up spot on.

Yes.

11 speed seems quieter also. Works 100%.

By definition it can't be if you are mixing 11s with 10s - the near-0.5 mm difference in the chain width is definitely the problem.
Why an 11s FD? 10 would shift better and you'd not have the issues you have. 11s chains *can* ride the inner ring on downshift on 10s cranksets - success in use of this mix is variable with use conditions and frame geo / gear combination.

It must seemed odd I'm mixing and matching. I'm slowly upgrading to 11 speed. Just trying to wear our my 10 speed record shifters first. I'm a tight fisted weightweenie. :D

Slowly upgrading is not a smart idea. Because of compatibility issues.
And a full group is cheaper than a collection of separate components.

I had to look up "SR-RS" and it appears to be a running upgrade introduced in 2014 which was then superseded by the 2015 redesign only months later.

So, using this makes no sense for 2 reasons:

1 The old 10-speed FD would have continued to work just fine (better actually).

and

2 It won't work with the post -2015 shifters, so you'll end up binning it.
There's sometimes a buggy.

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.
