For wide tyres, you need something with 420mm chainstay length minimum really

Not sure if it is quite the style of frameset you are looking for, but the Kinesis 4s disc goes a long way to cover the kinds of things you list.
Relatively cheap, 30mm with mudguards clearance, disc or long drop caliper brakes on the same frame, lots of setup options as supplied, including 130mm or 135mm rear wheel spacing.

You don't even need mid-reach brakes. If interested, ask me how.
Both available as frame or complete bikes.

Echoing this, the one ride I got on Mr. Pink is definitely making it my next bike. You can do anything on that bike.

Canyon Endurace and Ultimate CF Slx disc. Both will take 28mm gp 4000s (almost 32mm wide in reality) with ease, but you still have a real race bike. Depending on geo preferences, you choose the one or the other, but basically, they are the same bikes. Don't know where it's coming from , but pure performance wise, the Endurace and a Scott Addict (the only 2 I can compare) are not in the same league, although the Endurace only weight 600gr more than the Addict, and is equiped with hi-end Roval wheels and equivalent tyres. But still, there is a difference. Is it aero, weight, power transfert? I'm curious to kknow how the Ultimate CF Slx disc compares to the Endurace. I've ridden a whole winter with the Endurace, and it is a really nice and versatile bike, it's only when I jumped on the Addict again, that the difference was felt.

There are some beautiful bikes mentioned, however they scream $$$$. OP mention something "reasonably priced" hence I mentioned frames from $600-$900.

How do you fix the spacing ussue with 130 mm non disc vs. 135 mm disc on the Kinesis?

Bolt on spacers - "130mm and 135mm rear QR hub compatible – removable bolt in dropout spacers included" - If you have a look through the photo gallery on the link above there is a pic of those with the bolt on bits they supply for cable ports, and if you figure out what you are looking for you can see the spacers fitted on some of the bare frame photos.

Sorry to dig up an old post, but I am interested in how you can avoid using mid-reach brakes on the Mr Pink.

One frame that does it all........ but doesn't do any of it very well. That's usually the result in my experience.

Changed jobs, slight payrise. Ended up with contacts in the cycle industry and got some freebies. Bought some cheap retro bikes.
