Riding in and around Elizabethton, TN and Johnson City, TN

Does anyone know of good rides or routes in these areas to train?

I'll be in the area for a few days later this week and would like to get some good climbs in. If you have any useful links that'd be cool too.

Roan MTN is a good climb near Johnson City...
