Anyone on Di2 9150 with synchro shift? Notice when customizing the chainring n cassette size, 11-32 is actually an option where Di2 9150 clearly stating maximum cassette size supported is 11-30. Anyone tried using a 11-32 with 9150 SS cage?

Considering with synchro-shift the system won't let you shift to the big-big or small-small combos the SS cage will have plenty of capacity, and the B-tension should give enough adjustment for the guide pulley.

I'm using 11-32 Sram cassettes with 9150 no problem. But don't use Syncro Shift.

To revive an old thread, what is/was your front chainring setup when you ran this? The R9150 supposedly has a max of 33t capacity. 11-32t would be 21t, so even a standard would give you 35t, and 37t with a compact or semi-compact. Curious how the 9150 handles those setups, and whether it can take up that much chain length.

I have DA9150 on my Focus with 50/34 up front. Generally run a Bdop cassette 11/28 but recently grabbed an Ultegra 11/32 to use when the Victorian Alps reopen. I tried it on the work stand and it functioned fine, was it ideal? Maybe not but for the number of times (I can only think of maybe 3 climbs) I will use it on the extra bailout gear will be welcome. I have no qualms saying that it works......

Good to know. I'm running 50/34 and 11-32t at the moment with an Ultegra RX805. Looking to pickup a new RD and throw tthe clutched RX on a different bike. Debating whether the R9150 would be a significant upgrade over a R8050 long cage. Looks to be about 55g weight difference. Curious to hear any shift quality difference between the two.
