2015 Sworks Tarmac BB issue

I need some help with my Sworks Tarmac 2015 model, I removed the shimano crankset to regrease the spindle as it started creaking a little, but as I pulled the crank off I noticed the metal reducer was slightly loose and had moved away from the frame, I then pulled the entire adaptor and ceramic speed bearing out by hand!

So now the ceramic bearing is stuck on the 24mm adaptor, any ideas how I can separate the two without damaging the bearing? I can then simply press the bearing back in and refit the crank.
