Currently I'm using sram red etap and 53-39 standard Q-rings.
Unfortunately there are so many shifting problems.
How's compatibility between this tap front derailleur and the 53-39 Q-rings?
Does anybody have same problem like me?

What type of shifting issues you are referring to?
It has been proved, following similar threads, that the major culprit when comes to e-tap "issues" is not properly executed derailleur setup. Are your Q rings standard or oval?
I am on QXL 52/36 and it works fine.
