WTF have they done with the Si.shimano site? It's f**kin unuseable!

Their website has been trash as long as I can remember! Shimano is one of those companies that drag behind the modern of world. Perhaps it's time to set a budget and hire a team of developers? LOL

maybe. but their tech documents are comprehensive and easy to find.

si.shimano.com i'd guess.
Which is basically an easily searchable database. If a little slow.

You used to be able to drill down to what you needed via menus. Now there is a search - that doesn't find any documents whatever I type in the search fields. Useless!

You still can, i just have. Search by series.

Hmmm, just tried that as well and i'm 5 for 5.

Only "odd" thing i've found is that model name is actually looking for the series number i.e. 6503 for ultegra triple stuff.

You running any sort of odd browser or ad blocker/no flash or whatever shimano use for their menus?

(i've got no idea how this is set up, it's a works computer.)

I wondered if it was something like that - Google Chrome here. Might be firewall issue - will try another computer when I get home...
