Hi,
the frame now takes 28mm tires but what about wide rims? The flat seatstays become wider right at the point where the rim sits and that looks quite tight:
Has anyone tried 28mm or wider rims?
Thanks!
Edit: New Enve 3.4 are nearly 30mm wide.

If its any help, I run a 2013 Supersix Evo with Zipp 303 Clinchers. The rim width is 26.4 at the bead maxing out at 28.5mm mid depth. There are no issues with the rim rubbing on my frame with 23mm tyres. If I run a 25mm its gets pretty close to the stays but only the tyre not the rim.

2017 hi-mod owner here! I run the zipp 303 NSWs (26.4 at brake tracks & 28.5 widest point) with 25s in the back with no chainstay rub. Originally I thought that I have chainstay rub, but it turned out to be a weird brake pad rub. I'm happy with it, but I weigh 130lbs so YMMV.
A lot depends on the stiffness of the rear wheel, so make sure you do a demo ride if you want to fit anything wider than 28.
