Planning to build a racing bike for this season and possibly 2018 season:

Here's the story:
I'm an under 18 cyclist, I lived in South Africa and had a sponsored race bike but in October 2016 I moved over the the UK. Having missed out on quite a lot of important training I am preparing to have to ride this year and next year on my own bike. This is the build I have planned:

Battaglin Racer 50cm Frameset
Campagnolo Chorus / Record (still deciding, let me know what you think)
172.5 mm Cranks, 52/36 C/Rings with 14-27/8/9 Cassette (Junior gearing ratios have to be 52 big ring - 14 R Cog)
3T aeronova Team Stealth Bars
3T arx Stealth Stem
Selle Italia C59 Full Carbon Saddle
Bora One 50mm wheelset (not 100% on this either)
Other wheelset options: Miche 50mm Carbon Clinchers, Cosine 45 mm Carbon Clinchers (before you have a heart attack, I know they are shimano freehubs, I am willing to use a shimano cassette and chain with campy)
S-Works full carbon B/Cage
Lizard Skins white + black camo bar tape
S-Works Turbo / Conti Grand Prix 4000 Tyres

Not bothering with an estimate weight because there are many factors in a bike build like Cable inners and outers, BB and Headset bearings, bolts, etc.

Stay tuned for the progress

Let me know what you think / suggest

I'm also a Junior racer in UK so here are my opinions.
Unless you're really attached to campy, I'd avoid it as shimano and sram are way cheaper to replace if you crash but also with general wear.
Bora One wheels are also a bad idea IMO as once you start racing and get to know people you usually get offered second hand stuff like wheels, my friend got zipp 404 tubs for 200 quid!
Frameset sounds good and either of the tyres are good choices.
Good luck with the project

Carbon saddles are much more of a comfort thing for me than anything else, I raced the entire 2016 season on one.

if you find one that fits properly...the raw carbon saddles are equally comfortable. the biggest problem with finding one...is, well, finding one that fits. you can go through a lot of cash that way.
