Exactly the same weight as mine. A bit poor tbh. Not like there are going to be much tolerances in the manufacture of a bb. 90g is just plainly inaccurate.

Updating to actual weights took me from the 11.9lb line to the 12.3 with the clincher tires.

Looking well. Can't wait to see the final product.

I'm looking into paint jobs but I haven't seen anything that really get my attention, don't want to just keep the frame black matt and gloss parlee lettering logos, working on the computer with parlee options for painting but I may come up with something custom if one of my friends (painter) have an open windows to do the paint job before the end of the next month.

Bad news, the thm bb when nice on the non drive side, but the drive side the shell on the frame is a bit too loose for the cup, it feels like it have an entire millimeter of oversize, like 47mm instead of 45.950mm to receive the cup nicely. Any ideas on how to result this issue, i have been all weekend looking into notes, thm recommendation, installations, but nothing, I saw a threat were one of the guys apply teflon tape to the cup and that make it fit perfectly , but this look more like I need a density loctite like 680 and activator, let the bb seat tight for 24-48 hours and see it the movement goes away, if not I think I would have to use plan b ( sram pf30 adapter to bsa, set with loctite 609 and activator, clamped on the frame with the thm bsa cups on them and let it set for 24-48 hours, which it will be a ww option to 12-14 grams after installation. Any other suggestions you guys can think of ....?

Have you cranked the cups both in tight? This takes a fair bit of effort with the THM spanner - I had a towel on the spanner for grip and to ease the pressure on my hands. I used a little grease on the cups.

I did and the is a bit of space still between the cup on the drive side and the frame, I though I need a 0.5-1mm spacer between the frame and the cup, but the guys at fairwheelbikes think that I should be fine with just loctite sleeve retainer compound 640 and let it set for 24-48 hours before I get the cranks out of the freezer for install
