The gel pads came in, didn't bother trimming them. They have tapered edges and the high spots are good for the sit bones. Wrapped in cowhide. Wish I could find the perforated leather. Used 3m 77 spray glue to glue pads and the leather.
I'm using this saddle on my indoor trainer where I'm having the pain since I don't stand much indoors
