Seat rail adapter for a carbon seat rail??

So my new carbon seat came in and the rails are rectangleized and 1-2mm taller and will not fit inside the clamp.... here's what I'm talking about...
Dealer has no clue.....

Fizik saddle? You need to get new seatpost "ears" that can accommodate the taller rails.

Can't tell what brand of seatpost you're using from the pics. But most offer a solution as this is a common problem these days

The head looks like a Ritchey or at least a copy.

Ritchey "ears" are available in different sizes to suit carbon rails.

Sure looks like a Ritchey WCS TT Seatpost. So yes, get the Ritchey 7x9.6mm carbon rail clamp kit. I got it for my Superlogic seatpost and Arione R1 saddle. Fits great. Cost under $15.

I did the same thing for my crank brothers seatpost , needed the 7x9 rail kit.
