Those things dont necessarily come down to weight alone. I find that the characteristics of frame and wheels much more add to the feeling of responsiveness and performance - especially the frame. When I moved from the Giant Propel Advanced SL 0 to Cdale Supersix Evo Hi-Mod (both with Dura Ace Group and same wheels), which at least in theory is a reverse step through evolution and aero design, I felt that I was going faster. The Supersix is just so well build, compliant and stiff, that it feels faster and more responsive. The Propel probably was the fastest due to its aero capabilities, but it didnt feel faster. And the weight difference between the two is marginal. Just a thought....
