The original (FSA) headset my bike came with is shot. I'm looking for a decent replacement. It's an integrated headset with a straight 1 1/18" steerer. My original thought was CK but of course they don't make integrated headsets.....

Yeah, CK doesn't believe in integrated headsets.

Cane Creek 110 are nice, Cane Creek 40, if you want to save some money.
