When I asked the bike24 on the facebook about the "SRAM RED eTap Kit HRD 2x11 Upgrade Set with Hydraulic Disc Brakes - Flat Mount" availability they replied that the groupset is indeed in stock.

Mine has actually just come in as well, can choose between short cage or WiFli. Anyone have any experience with the WiFli rear mech? I assume shifting will be pretty well the same as the short cage?

Got my eTap HRD kit from Bikeshop.no yesterday.
Everything as expected except that two SRAM/Avid 160mm discs came with it.
(The entire kit has SRAM ID 003018164008).
Only uploaded photos of the shifters, calipers and the (surprise disc), kit also includes derailleurs, charger and the mysterious USB dongle for FW upgrade.
Also included were caliper bolts, bleeding block and extra hose barb & /compression nut ("olive").
Going to be busy next few days in upgrading my bike :-)

SRAM still uses those super glossy boxes, wish they would put their otherwise very stylish and beautiful products in a less "fancy" box. Maybe save an 10-20 bucks on the retail price and even save the environment ...

Thanks for posting the pics.

Forgive me please if this has already been discussed, but it's interesting that the Etap HRD hoods aren't huge like the Sram Red Hydro hoods are. Presumably it's because there is more space in an Etap hood than mechanical but on the other hand Shimano seem to have dealt with it ok in the new DA...

Maybe it's the Contact Point Adjustment that DA9170 is lacking.

Then I've put the componentes on my 0-500g scale, should be pretty accurate. Removed removable plastic inserts, no mounting hw included (bolts etc.).
Did not remove the warning labels, should be 0,2-0,5 g (??)
Attached the Li-Ion batteries to the derailleurs. The caliper/shifter "systems" are as they came out of the box, completely functional/bled with brake fluid, brake pads and CR2032 battery.

The weights were:
Shifter/front brake caliper: 360,3g
Shifter/rear brake caliper: 377,5g
Front derailleur w/battery: 159,5g
Rear derailleur (Wi-Fli) w/battery: 243,1g
Battery: 24,0g

I've made every precaution for accurate weighings, especially making sure no part of the component touching anything but the scale plate.
The cut-outs on the photos are to minimize file size (and remove messy details on my bike work desk!)

Isn't it the same thing as Free stroke adjustment on ST-R9170?
