Shimano 685 reach vs Campa Chorus

Hi

On a bike with Shimano 685 shifters and hydraulic disc brakes. The shifters are big. Been looking at a new build with Campa Chorus. I see that they are smaller but just how small.

Been thinking if I can go 120 vs 110 steam if I go campa. So anyone know the diffrence in reach between the two.

If I but in the numbers if Campa are 14 mm shorter then a 120 stem would be good.
