Shimano or Campagnolo. both are proven/polished products. sram no. ultegra level finish quality
fixed pricing.

they sponsor ProTour teams but still can not engineer proper direct mount brakes.

He is right a lot of rim brake bikes come with direct mount brakes (new BMC SLR01, new SWORKS Tarmac SL6...) and SRAM is again the company that comes behind...
Even when you buy disc brakes, you need to buy a center lock from another brand (Shimano) because SRAM does not include a center lock with the HDR groupset, wheels or rotors...
