Just wondering if anyone knows of a way or bottom bracket to install a hologram sisl2 crankset on a cadd 9 frame set.

You should just need a BB30 bb. Though I did have a CAAD9 frame that had a threaded insert glued into the BB. Took a lot of hot water and a sacrificed bb to get it out.

I am using an threaded dura ace 7900 bb at the moment, with a 24mm spindle, trying to find a bb which I can use to fit it.

It depends. Do you have a BB30 frame? Some Caad 9s were BB30. Some came with threaded BBs - not just threaded inserts.

Does your frame say BB30 on the bottom of the downtube? If so, you have a BB30 frame, likely with a threaded insert. Those threaded inserts were designed not to be removed, but maybe you can remove it.

If you do not have a BB30 frame, then no, you cannot put a Hollowgram in there. (Technically it is possible to fit one, but it requires machining a mtb spindle to fit and it throws of the chainline, so it's really not worth it.)

I have a caad 9 with bb30 and an sisl2 and of course it was made for it . I know wheels manufacturing makes an adapter for bsa threaded to fit 30mm spindles. The spindle must be 104 or 109 mm. Which is what they have. Not much of a weight penalty. I have never seen one done.

That adapter will not work for Hollowgrams. The spindle on Hollowgrams is not long enough.

The wheels manufacturing website says it needs a 104mm spindle so the original 104 or the 109mm should have plenty of length. So both standard versions should work. I have never seen one done however.

Yes, you need 104mm between the crank arms. The Cannondale spindle is 109mm total length. You will not be able to attach both Hollowgram arms with that adapter.

Ok wheels mfg says 104 or over. The 109mm bb30a spindles which are made for wide 73mm frames. I have both the older 104 and 109mm bb30a here. I took a photo and measured with micrometer. With the nds arm on you still need spacers. 2-3 mm on nds and 5 on the drive side using bb30a spindle

The photos below show a threaded Six13 frame here with the bb30a spindle with the bearings on the outside. I agree with wheels mfg assessment that the bb30a is a great spindle to use. I will try this and order one this week. The chain line should be in perfect alignment.

Please note the bb30a 109mm spindle which was made for the newer wide bb30 frames that have come out in recent years uses a shit pile of spacers on the drive side when used on the older 68mm frames. I'm showing about 15mm on my 2010 caad 9 bb30 frame

Yes for sure. The frame here in the photos is threaded. This was just to show how the bb30 huge bearings would sit outside the bb in the cups

Oops, should've added that mine did have BB30 on the downtube. If it's the case then it's removable, but it's not an easy task.

It looks like the cups will be larger than the bb shell in the photo? The bearings dip below the frame?
