Have any of you customized the routing for a DI2 cable on your Parlee Altum?
Seems like it would be a cleaner routing if the DI2 wire went in right where the brake housing enters the top tube.

i've considered drilling out part of the handlebar and steerer so i can pass the Di2 wire into the fork and downtube. never did...since i didn't want to compromise any of the steerer tube.

My plan is to modify either the snap in guide for the rear brake cable or the frame right by that.
Then pass the DI2 wire through the headube and down.
It can be configured in a way where it is not close to the steerer tube.
The DI2 wire looks sloppy dropping down to the downtube port.
They should have thought of a better solution for DI2.

I've contemplated dremel-ing a small hole where the rear brake port is .

ended up mounting the eps dti on my garmin mount.
and heat shrinking the wires to the cables.
the one single wire going to the DT doesn't bother me unless i stare at it lol.

The bike builder I used for my Chebacco did a lot of customisation to hide as much as he said he could. He kindly put together a detailed blog of it which might be useful given the similarities in frames:

Update- Here is my hack.
Made a hole in the snap on guide for the rear brake housing- Shrink wrapped the DI2 cable to rear brake cable.
Much cleaner than stock.
I told Parlee that they should make a brake cable guide for this.

That is what I call a clean build  . I did the same with my Addict, and will do the same with the Endurace in a near future. I don't understand why so few brands use this type of cable routing. When you see how much Parlee (and other "custom" brands) charge for a frame set, and you see how they do the cable rooting (or force you to), it makes me cry

I found I was able to route the same way as you, boots2000, but without drilling the brake cable clip. The gap in the clip that allows for insertion and removal is the perfect size for a Di2 cable so it is possible to route it through there and still insert and remove the clip.

I'll take pics later.
