I have a Cannondale Hollowgram SL crankset and have the 104mm spindle. Does anyone know the spacer order for this spindle in a SuperSix Evo?

One of the manuals listed here should tell you: http://www.cannondale.com/en/USA/Suppor ... ccessories

The 104mm spindle should have a lip on the non-drive side.
Therefore no spacers on the non-drive side.
On the drive side you'll need a wavy washer and up to 5 (start with 3) of the 0.5mm shims to get correct compression of the wavy washer.

NOTE: The 104mm spindle will only work if your bottom bracket shell width is 68mm. You didn't specify which year SuperSix EVO you had. Some of them aren't compatible with the 104mm spindle. You may need to buy the 109mm spindle which doesn't have a lip and uses spacers. The user manual for setup with that spindle is the following one.

Yes. On that note, I'll probably ship it out tomorrow.
