I got Ultegra 10 speed 6700 levers.

Will a 10 speed Dura-Ace RD work with these?

And does that mean like any 10 speed Dura-Ace RD, or just the ones made in a certain year in a certain factory by only left-handed workers? I ask this question in this way because I normally use Campag.

Thanks.

Should work.
Here's a pdf of the compatibility.

Guess I should say I am using 12-30 with 26/36/48 triple.

If I have got it right, some DA RD's are only available short cage.

I'd recommend a RD-7803, although it would look a little off... 7900 or regular 7800 won't be able to take up enough chain slack since they're short cage as you know.

Thanks.

I'd not come across RD-7803.

And I could always use RD-6700 GS cage.
