About the 2nd one: the seller confirmed it can grab strongly the bottle (like showed on the video above) because the bottle touchs the heads of bolts, i think it's wrong and is a design error (or a poor design), because each time we entry-&-exit bottles from it they will be scratched by bolts.

Get some flat head screws if the lack of a recess if your biggest concern with #2.
