In the market for a new frameset. I am contemplating the Wilier Zero system. Other than the advertized 100 gram weight reduction and obvious price increase are there any other significant differences between the two frames? I find the Wilier website to be of little help.

Weight limit for Zero6 ? Still proprietary BB ?

Write email to Wilier tech support, then you experience "little help" ;)

And I wouldn't believe in their weight claims... Wilier mathematics look like this : 990g frame + 380g fork +130g topper = 1700g ;)

990g frame in size M-L is more like 1150g, 380g forks bit above 430g. That Wilier calls "SL" from "superlight" :) My Cross frame ( 101 CC ) weight 1190+480 ... . Cross, not road, and not "sl" :/ and size L. Painted & with der hanger.

IF I have to choose ... Zero7. Less money, same performance, better paintwork. And 100g claimed difference doesn't have to be 100 on scale ;)

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that ;)

I am not sure but it seems they changed the BB config from BB386 to Shimano Press Fit. Is that correct? Surely, there are some WW's out there can confirm the weight of their frames???

It seems that zero0.6 and Cento10Air are back to bb86.5. Lower models Zero0.7 and 101SR keep their bb386.
That's a shame IMHO since Wilier, FSA and BH were the 'inventors' of this new standard.

Dumb question......Can I use Campy Ultra Torque Cranks with the BB386 bottom bracket setup?

Also to note, the biggest size zero 6 comes in is a "56".

Yes you can, you just need the correct Campy adapter.
