Hi,

Am in the process of building up a CAAD12 with full SRAM Force 22 except for the Si chainset.

I have a set of the 10 arm spidering in 39/53 as well as a set of lightly used force 22 chainrings in same ratio with the hollowgram spider in 130bcd.

Am looking for feedback from riders who have used either or both to see what is the better option. My thoughts are that the 1 piece will be stiffer but the SRAM yaw FD may not work as well as they are more of a generic set of rings to work with all groups, not specifically for SRAM.

Any comments/experience appreciated

Generic rings work well with the Yaw FD. I cannot say for the spiderrings specifically. But, I have el cheapo FSA rings on my Force22 bike and I have zero issues shifting as long as the derailleur is setup right.
If you like the look of the spiderrings I would go for those. They have a reputation for being very stiff whereas the SRAM branded rings wear out rather quickly.
