I want to make sure I understand the compatibility before buying a set of slightly used SISL2 for my new bike.

1. I'm putting SRM Power Meter on the crank arm.
2. The bike's bottom bracket is a standard PF30

Questions are:
1. What size of spindle for a standard PF30 bottom bracket? Is 109mm is the only length available these days?
2. Are washers/additional hardware needed for proper installation on a standard PF30 bottom bracket?

109mm is pretty much the only available. With 109 on pf30, I have a 5mm spacer on DS and 4mm plus wave washer on nds. If I take it off, I'd switch the 4mm spacer to ds. My wave washer is pretty compressed so it's possible I could get away with 3mm instead of 4mm of Spacers.
